Model KISDP-1-J2
InSb photodiode/Preamplifier

Description

Model KISDP series detectors are indium antimonide (InSb) photodiodes integrated with wide bandwidth preamplifiers [4 MHz or 50MHz depending on detector size and gain] which respond in the spectral range from visible to 5.4 um (1900 cm-1 to 6000 cm-1). These detectors are available in 2mm, 1mm, 0.5mm, 0.25mm and 0.1mm sizes and several pour filled liquid nitrogen Dewar configurations. The standard configuration is a side looking Dewar with 1mm detector size, a sapphire window, DC to 15 MHz and 100Hz to 15 MHz SMA outputs -- Model KISDP -1-J2. D* is greater than 1.5 x 1011 Jones. The side looking Dewar is 6.75 inches tall and has a 12 hour hold time.
